- Disqualify the player(s).
- Suspend or put their account on hold.
- Cancel the prize or winnings associated with the event.
Technical Issues
- In the event of technical glitches:
- The match may be rescheduled or replaced with a practice session.
- Entry fees for affected participants may be adjusted accordingly.
Fair Play
- Players are strictly prohibited from using any hacks or third-party modifications. Violators will face:
- Account suspension.
- Confiscation of wallet balances.
- Nullification of pending redemptions.
- Players are not allowed to use emulators in non-emulator matches.
- Such players may be disqualified and denied event rewards or prizes.
Match Joining Guidelines
- Participants must retrieve Room ID and Password before the event begins. These details are shared in the app.
- If participants fail to join the room before the match starts:
- Late entries will not be allowed.
- No refunds will be issued.
Connectivity Issues
- Win27 is not responsible for participants' inability to join due to:
- Slow internet.
- Multitasking or minimizing the app.
- Receiving calls or SMS.
- If a participant is kicked or auto-kicked from the room without reason, refunds will be issued only upon providing valid evidence (e.g., screenshots of the error).
Policy Updates
Win27 reserves the right to update, modify, or remove policies at any time. Participants are encouraged to regularly check for the latest rules and guidelines.
